While she was in Europe, Chantal was excited to share culture and facilitate workshops at the 8th International Teaching Artists Collaborative Conference in Belgium. As a key presenter, she offered traditional Medicine Wheel teachings and drumming as well as presenting TRAction’s Decolonial Toolkit to a global audience. Through a partnership between ITAC and the Louder Together Children’s Festival, Chantal also facilitated drum circles with children around the world. Bringing along 45 of her traditional handmade drums, she offered teachings from the animals and shared weaving patterns, history, songs and stories with several different age groups.
